POLICIES, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Telehealth & medical limitations

Effective November 2, 2026

Current service

Medical Beauty does not currently offer telehealth visits, clinical consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, or medical booking. The photo review is self-guided cosmetic education. No licensed clinician reviews your photo, and using the site does not establish a patient–clinician relationship.

Medical concerns and emergencies

Contact a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns, changing skin spots, persistent irritation, pain, or questions about treatment. Do not delay care because of a photo review. This site is not monitored for emergencies. In the United States, call 911 for an emergency.

Professional care and procedures

A qualified professional must assess your history, needs, risks, and suitability before recommending a medical procedure. Remote photos may not be sufficient. Medical procedures cannot be selected or safely planned from this tool’s measurements.

If clinical services are introduced

Any future clinical offering would identify the treating provider, their credentials, and the states in which they are authorized to practice. It would require appropriate location and identity checks, separate informed consent, a clear explanation of technology limitations and alternatives, fees, privacy practices, records access, follow-up arrangements, and emergency procedures before care begins. This page is not consent to a future clinical service.

Privacy scope

This consumer tool does not claim to be a HIPAA-covered clinical service or a HIPAA compliance certification. Review the Privacy Policy for how this version actually handles information.
